This 22.5" x 35" color silkscreen print is from a limited-edition run of 2500 Greatful Dead art prints. This amazing piece of rock music art is printed on heavy poster stock and signed/numbered in pencil by the artist, Alton Kelley. The art print ships unmatted and unframed. The artist, Alton Kelley's most well-known Greatful Dead art was done in collaboration with Stanley Mouse. Leaders in the San Francisco psychadelic art scene, this Greatful Dead art print is derived from a 19th century illustration by artist Edmund Sullivan. This Greatful Dead tour of 4 cities (Las Vegas, Portland, Seattle and back to Mountain View, CA) was the last one Jerry Garcia. Jerry Garcia's last appearance with the Greatful Dead took place later that summer in Chicago, and a month after that performance, he was dead. Alton Kelley passed away in June 2008 and the world lost a truely talented Greatful Dead artist.
