Company History:

Rock-n-Roll-Action-Figures.com was founded in 2002 to be a one stop shop for hard-to-find music toys and collectibles. Since that time, the company has provided 1000's of happy customers with all kinds of licensed pop culture collectibles, art and toys. We currently enjoy a very high reorder rate from our previous customers. We are proud of this number because it is a testament to our customer friendly policies, fast shipping and support that we provide to all of our customers. In 2010, Rock-n-Roll-Action-Figures.com was expanded to become a division of Rockline Enterprises LLC. This change was made to support the growth of the company as it expands into additional logistical, strategic marketing and distribution roles.

If you are unhappy with your purchase from Rock-n-Roll-Action-Figures.com for any reason, please return the product in its original packaging to us within 7 days of purchase and we will offer an exchange or refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Please email us with your order number and the purchase date to notify us of the return before sending it back. We will let you know how to complete your return. All returns must be sent with some type of delivery confirmation. We suggest United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This allows us to track the return online and helps you verify to us that the return has been mailed. It only costs $4.85 to mail a 1 pound package to anywhere in the country with delivery confirmation. Returns will be rejected and returned to the customer if they are not in their original unopened condition.

You can pay for your order on our website using any major credit card, Paypal funds, or an electronic check through Paypal. As per Minnesota tax laws, a 6.5% sales tax will be added to all orders. All of our collectibles, action figures, toys, and other products are new in their original retail container unless otherwise stated. Our products are in retail store quality, but we do not make any mint condition guarantees. If you are worried about the collector condition of a particular product, please contact us and we will see what we can do. If you are looking for a particular product, let us know and we'll do everything we can to get it for you.

• Shipping:

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days via the selected shipping option, but this is not a guarantee. Order processing times fluctuate throughout the year based on order volume and other factors. In addition, we reserve the right to edit the shipping method on your order to get it to you in the most economical and efficient way.

US Domestic Shipping: We offer a promotional flat rate shipping for all orders sent to the U.S. The cost is just $6.99 for your entire order no matter how many items you order. Flat rate shipping orders are sent via USPS Parcel Post (4-12 days plus order processing time) with delivery confirmation. Other domestic shipping options include USPS Priority Mail Service with delivery confirmation(2-4 days plus order processing time). Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about our shipping poliies.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please select the USPS Global Priority Mail or UPS Standard to Canada shipping option during the checkout process. The USPS Global Priority mail service does not include online tracking or delivery confirmation, so if you need tracking, please contact us and we will set up a UPS or FedEX shipment for you. It will be more expensive, but it will have tracking. Please note that international customers are responsible for payment of any customs or import taxes charged by their home countries.
