Mcfarlane Elvis Figure #1 – Elvis ’68 Comeback Special Action Figure

This amazing Mcfarlane Elvis figure was originally released by Mcfarlane Toys in 2004. The figure featured Elvis Presley as he was seen in a 1968 television performance that later became known as the Elvis Presley Comeback Special.

Mcfarlane Elvis Figure #1.5 - 12-inch Mcfarlane '68 Comeback Special Action Figure

Capitalizing on the success of their first Elvis figure, Mcfarlane Toys quickly followed up their first 6 inch Elvis figure with a pumped up version of the -68 Comeback Special action figure. The second Elvis figure was the same sculpt as Mcfarlane's first Elvis, but it was a 12 inch scale action figure.

Celebrating the very first Elvis Presley recording at the legendary Sun Studios on July 5, 1954, the Mcfarlane Elvis Rockabilly figure depicts Elvis Presley as he was seen during his "rockabilly years" of the mid 1950's.

Mcfarlane Elvis Figure 4 - Elvis "Year in Gold" Action Figure

In 2004, Mcfarlane launched their Elvis figure series with a number of Elvis action figures. To start off 2005, the fourth Mcfarlane Elvis figure was released to the delight of Elvis Presley fans and action figure collectors alike. Featuring Elvis in his shiny gold suit, this Elvis figure was designed to replicate Elvis' look at a 1956 concert performance in New York City.

12-Inch Mcfarlane Elvis Figure - Las Vegas

In 2005, Mcfarlane Toys pumped up the Elvis Las Vegas action figure to a 12-inch action figure version.

2005 Mcfarlane Elvis Figures 3 Pack

The first 3 Mcfarlane Elvis figures- the Elvis '68 Comeback Special figure, the Elvis Rockabilly figure, and the 6-inch Mcfarlane Las Vegas Elvis action figure - were repackaged in a Mcfarlane Elvis figure 3 pack in 2005.

Mcfarlane Elvis Figure #5 - Jailhouse Rock

Elvis in all his hip-shakin' glory is depicted in the fifth Mcfarlane Elvis figure. The Elvis Jailhouse Rock action figure is based on Elvis' appearance in the 1957 Jailhouse Rock movie. The 6-inch Mcfarlane Elvis figure comes complete with an action figure base that looks like an old LP record and a backdrop of jailhouse bars.

Mcfarlane Elvis Figure #6 - Blue Hawaii

Keeping with the theme of depicting Elvis as he was seen in a movie, the sixth Mcfarlane Elvis figure is based on Elvis' appearance in the movie, Blue Hawaii. The Blue Hawaii Elvis figure is another 6-inch action figure. It shows Elvis in a Hawaiian shirt with a lei and surfboard. The action figure base is a beach scene and the figural backdrop is also a beach scene.

'68 Comeback Special Mcfarlane Elvis Figure (Reissue)

The year 2007 was a year of reissues of previous Mcfarlane Elvis action figures. In July of 2007, the very first Mcfarlane Elvis figure was rereleased to collectors.

Mcfarlane Elvis Figure - Las Vegas Collectors Box Set

Due to the amazing success of the Elvis Las Vegas action figure, in the fall of 2007, the action figure was released again. This time, the mcfarlane figure was packaged in Mcfarlane's "deluxe" box set packaging that included a window box for display. The reissued Las Vegas Elvis figure also included an Elvis poster that was not available with the first release of this action figure.

Mcfarlane Elvis Figure #7 - Elvis Gospel

The spring of 2008 was a great time for Elvis action figure fans. After more than an entire year without seeing a new Mcfarlane Elvis figure, they finally released a brand new sculpt of The King of Rock 'n' Roll. This Mcfarlane music figure depicts Elvis as he was seen during the last song of his '68 Comeback Special TV performance. This was the first time that Elvis sang a gospel song on TV.

Mcfarlane Elvis figure #8 - Elvis Ahoha

Another great Mcfarlane Elvis figure depicts Elvis in all his glory as he was seen in the Elvis Aloha from Hawaii performance. This concert performance on January 14, 1973 was seen by more than 1.5 billion people in 40 countries. It was shown via satelite around the world.
