Action Figure Preorder and Sale Information

Due to the collectible nature of the products on our site, some products will be offered as preorder only. We do this to allow our customers to increase their chances of receiving highly sought after merchandise. By ordering any preorder or backordered product on our website, you are agreeing to ALL our preorder polices below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

* Preorder Payment:

All preorders paid by Paypal will be charged at the time of the order. Preorders paid by credit card will show an initial "pending charge" on your credit card statement at the time of purchase. This will be voided within a few days and your credit card will be charged when your order is being prepared for shipment.

* Preorder Delivery Dates:

All preorder shipment dates on our website are estimated shipment dates and they are not guaranteed. Stock of preorder items is not guaranteed due to possible delays or cancelations of certain products by the manufacturer.

* Preorder Cancellations:

Preorders cancelled by the customer will be charged a fee of 20% of the purchase price (not including tax or shipping).

* Preorder & In-Stock Items on the Same Order:

If an order is placed that includes both preorder and in-stock merchandise, the entire order will ship once the entire order is in-stock. If you would like partial orders shipped, please contact us or order the in stock and out-of-stock items in separate transactions. Additional shipping charges may be charged for orders with multiple shipments.

Preorder Product Availability:

It is possible (although rare) that a preorder item will become unavailable due to limitations by the manufacturer. If this happens, you will be immediately contacted and refunded your purchase price including taxes and shipping.
